The method of audiovisual brain stimulation belongs, like EEG biofeedback, to methods that modify the brain wave pattern in a targeted manner.

The following is a description of an interesting method from the biofeedback circle. It was submitted by Dr Michaela Pakszys, a pioneer of EEG Biofeedback in Poland.
As with any novelty, this method should be treated with some caution and the results of studies in reputable journals should be awaited. Particularly when it comes to its applicability to patients with psychiatric problems. (Maciej Matuszczyk)
