As every year, nature plays everything out according to plan. After a sunny and warm summer came the most difficult time for meteoropaths, the autumn-winter period. The day has decided to shorten to a minimum length and is now only 8h and 33min long (as of 19 November, and it will only get worse!). The sun appears in the sky on average once a week, usually half covered by clouds. Does all this have to mean apathy, sluggishness and a bad mood? Can we counteract it with chocolate alone?
