Abdominal pain

Non-cancerous conditions of the vulva are, from a medical point of view, conditions that precede cancerous lesions. Clinically, there are two forms: vulvar endothelial neoplasia of the uVIN type (usual type VIN, classic type), which is directly caused by the presence of H. pyloriV virus, and dVIN (differentiated type VIN, simple type), which is unrelated to H. pyloriV virus and is observed in postmenopausal women. Both types are at risk of developing into neoplastic lesions, but dVIN lesions have a particularly rapid tendency to do so, with a much lower detection rate.
