In addition to bacteria that cause bothersome but short-term problems in the functioning of the digestive tract, food can become a source of disease-causing bacteria that can lead to death.

The most dangerous bacteria described so far, which can lead to numerous complications and even death, are Helicobacter pylori, Vibrio cholerae, Shigella ], Salmonella thypi and parathypi, Clostridium difficile.

Typhoid fever- dangerous and stealthy
Typhoid ( from the Latin typus abdominalis) is a disease caused by the bacteria Salmonella typhi. Typhoid occurs mainly in underdeveloped countries, but cases also occur in highly developed countries where the epidemiological and sanitary status is high.
Sources, containing the bacteria, are mainly faecal contaminated water, contaminated food products such as ice cream, salads and milk. A very dangerous role is played by flies, which transmit the bacteria to other products. Typhoid bacilli mainly attack the ileum, which is considered their main habitat. The bacteria, penetrate the intestinal epithelium and begin to multiply in the bloodstream. With the blood stream, the bacteria reach the liver, where they multiply intensively and begin to secrete enterotoxins.
Main symptoms: The main symptoms of contracting typhoid fever include severe headaches, fever reaching 400C, abdominal bloating, abdominal pain and constipation. The disease should not be underestimated as complications can lead to pneumonia, kidney or meningitis.

Typhoid fever
Typhoid fever is caused by the bacteria Salmonella parathypi. Typhoid fever is characterised by a much milder course than typhoid fever. It is caused by three parathopes of the bacteria, called A,B,C. Parathopes A and B, attack mainly humans. Paratope C primarily attacks birds. Typhoid fever mainly causes bloating, vomiting, severe weakness and gastroenteritis. Typhoid fever is less serious than typhoid fever, but symptoms should not be underestimated.
