Oral allergy syndrome -also known as oral allergy syndrome, oral anaphylaxis and Amlot-Lessof synd rome - is a condition of people who are allergic to pollen (including grasses). The allergy occurs after the consumption of certain foods that cross-react with pollen allergens in patients who are allergic to them. Symptoms include swelling in the mucous membranes of the mouth.
