Asymptomatic strokes are a significant problem in today's civilisation. Usually detected incidentally during neuroimaging examinations, they significantly increase the risk of stroke. However, the lack of characteristic signs of an acute stroke does not exclude the development of minor neurological changes, often unnoticed and underestimated mainly due to age, as this problem affects mainly elderly people.
