Women's intimate problems

A vaginal hernia is defined as a condition where the urinary bladder is pressed against the anterior wall of the vagina. This anomaly leads to what is known as 'cystocele', or vaginal prolapse. The condition may also be accompanied by urethrocele. An analogous condition may also affect the posterior vaginal wall (enterocele) - in this case, the organ responsible for the hernia is the bowel.
