The modern woman strives for a perfect appearance. Today, in addition to all facial, full-body treatments, aesthetic gynaecology, otherwise also known as cosmetogy, has become popular.

In simplest terms, these are procedures to improve the appearance of a woman's reproductive organs.

These procedures include:

  • labioplasty: enlargement of the labia minora with hyaluronic acid or reduction of the labia minora,
  • reduction or enlargement of the pubic area,
  • perineal plasty (vaginoplasty), including plasty of scars after incision of the perineum,
  • injection of the G-spot with hyaluronic acid to improve sexual sensation; - hymen reconstruction,
  • exposing the clitoris from the skin fold.

One of the more common procedures is labioplasty - reduction of the labia minora. Labia majora hypertrophy is diagnosed when the width of the labia minora exceeds 4 cm - this is high degree hypertrophy and 2-3 cm - medium degree hypertrophy. Women with overly large labia feel physically uncomfortable when performing everyday activities. This leads to abrasions and damage to the sensitive intimate parts, making intercourse, cycling, etc. impossible. The procedure is carried out under local or intravenous anaesthesia.

Labioplasty is performed by excising the excess tissue and re-suturing the rim or removing the tissue all the way from the clitoral area to the posterior spiracle area. Soluble sutures are used.

Vaginoplasty - is a procedure common in ladies who have had significant vaginal stretching through childbirth. The negative effect of this is a lack of satisfaction with sexual intercourse.
