The backbone of the psychiatric care system is the Mental Health Centre, which includes:

a day psychiatric unit.

Inpatient care is provided by a psychiatric ward in a general hospital and a ward within a psychiatric hospital. Such counselling and hospitalisation (= treatment in hospital) is financed by the National Health Fund (NHF).
