on 29 July 2004, on the initiative of the Polish National Service for Victims of Family Violence Blue Line, as part of the Return to Dignity in Civil Society programme, Ms Wanda Paszkiewicz will give a one and a half hour lecture at the Warsaw City Hall (ul. Niecała 2, room 27) entitled Learned Helplessness - what it is, mechanisms, effects. The lecture will start at 10:00, is open to all and free of charge.
