On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of its foundation celebrated this year, the Drewnica Hospital has published a book: "Drewnica - one hundred years of the Provincial Hospital for the Nervously and Mentally Ill "Drewnica" in Ząbki". On its pages, the entire 100 years of the Hospital's life - from its establishment to the present day - is played out. History is intertwined with the fates of the people who created the Hospital and watched over its development. The first part of the book, by Dr Zdzisław Jaroszewski, is a reprint from the Bulletin of the Central Medical Library. The author of the second part, slightly more reflective, concerning the last decades of the Hospital's existence, is historian Grażyna Herczyńska. The content is embellished with numerous photographs, which make it easier for the imagination to follow the changes taking place at the Hospital.
