Eczema is a skin disease that is associated not only with the appearance of unsightly skin lesions on the body, but also with persistent symptoms such as severe itching. For years, therefore, there has been a search for both effective treatments for this problem and factors that can reduce the risk of its occurrence. The link between breastfeeding and the occurrence of eczema in children was recently mentioned at the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology congress.
