The capital's orthopaedics and sports medicine clinic Carolina Medical Center began cooperating with the National Health Fund at the beginning of 2011.

The contract signed with the National Health Fund covers comprehensive treatment of children and adolescents in the field of orthopaedics and traumatology of the locomotor system, i.e. consultations at specialist clinics, diagnostic imaging, surgical treatment at the paediatric surgery and orthopaedics unit and rehabilitation at the Day Rehabilitation Centre.
