From 16 April until further notice, it has been made compulsory in Poland to cover the mouth and nose. By wearing masks we protect ourselves and others. In particular, it is important to wear a mask when passing coronavirus asymptomatically. Unfortunately, for spectacle wearers, wearing a mask is not 100% comfortable, as it can cause them to fog up. However, there are several ways to prevent this.
