For a large part of society, daily activity on social networks is normal. Exchanging views, posting events from private life, taking an interest in the lives of celebrities - these are just some aspects of 'virtual life'. Ironically, Facebook, Twitter and other portals that were created to facilitate communication between people and socialisation of those excluded from social life for some reason can also be a cause of depression and social isolation. How can we counteract this phenomenon? What kind of use of portals is associated with a higher risk of mental problems?
