"Życie Warszawy reports on a study carried out by the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN), which shows that among junior high school students in the Warsaw districts of Mokotów, Ursynów and Wilanów, as many as 40% have come into conflict with the law and 20% have symptoms of depression.
