Ranigast(Ranitidinum), as this medicinal preparation is referred to, was withdrawn from the market on 28 October 2019 by the decision of the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector. Ranigast is used, among other things, in gastric and duodenal ulcers, it is also used in the treatment of oesophagitis caused by gastro-oesophageal reflux and in the prevention of stress ulcers.
