Does alcohol have any positive effect on our body?
Alcohol in small doses relaxes and increases the amount of dopamine in the brain, so it makes all sensations more pleasant. Of all the types of alcohol, wine offers the most health benefits, as it increases the concentration of good cholesterol, has an antioxidant effect thanks to its flavonoid content, improves blood circulation and provides vitamins. Of course, this applies to one or two glasses, not seven. Beer, on the other hand, when consumed in small quantities, has a beneficial effect on the kidneys. It has a strong diuretic effect and therefore leads to the cleansing of this organ of harmful substances that can cause the formation of kidney stones.
Despite the positive aspects of alcohol consumption, it is worth bearing in mind the negative effects and exercising moderation, as alcohol in excessive quantities can do more harm than good.
