In view of the entry into force on 1 January 2006 of the Act of 8 June 2001 on the profession of psychologists and the professional self-government of psychologists (Journal of Laws No. 73, item 773, as amended), and the obligation of the Minister responsible for labour to appoint the Organising Committee of the Chambers of Psychologists by the Minister responsible for labour in consultation with the existing nationwide associations of psychologists and trade unions of psychologists (art. 62(1) of the Act), the Minister of Labour invites the above-mentioned organisations and unions to submit by 14 February 2006 their willingness to participate in the work aimed at establishing the Organising Committee of the Chambers of Psychologists.
