There are also a number of road safety campaigns inPoland . Among them, it is worth noting the campaign from 2005 called "The last jump". Its aim was to show the importance of wearing seat belts when driving and, in particular, during a road accident. This campaign was the first in a series of campaigns called "Switch on your thinking". It was presented on billboards, television, cinema, radio and the Internet. This campaign was created for people who do not use seat belts, which, statistically, is found to be around 30%.[5]

The whole world is sounding the alarm not to underestimate the consequences of failing to follow road safety rules. Every year, a huge number of people are killed on the lanes, driving a car, going home. The whole transport system - vehicles, roads, safety rules - is designed to make our lives and the travelling of distances easier and more efficient, saving us time. It is worthwhile to switch on our thinking when we sit behind the wheel, so that the whole system does not contribute to shortening our lives or the lives of others.
