How to look after your health in winter

In winter, I rely on warm nutritious meals, warming soups and teas with quince or ginger (+cloves+cinnamon). I do not give up yoghurts and kefirs because, contrary to popular belief, they do not make my body colder but rather stronger.

Ad:

I happily drink magnesium-rich hot chocolate at bedtime - it ensures a peaceful sleep like a toddler and tastes delicious. I also dress warmly, do not overheat my flat or office, air out my bedroom an hour before bedtime and, in spite of the weather, walk a lot and go to the gym.

Instead of being depressed by the fact that it's dark and cold most of the day, I prefer to meet up with friends and have fun - I prefer active recreation such as going bowling, ice-skating or to the aquapark. I think my ways of looking after my health are worth recommending! I really believe that we have a huge influence on our health and beauty. So let's plan our meals wisely and be healthy!
