Arterialhypertension is one of the most common and dangerous diseases of civilisation. The incidence has been increasing dramatically for almost several decades. According to the NATHPOL 2011 study, 32% of the population in Poland is ill! This figure can and should shock. All the more so as arterial hypertension develops slowly, with no obvious symptoms at first, but destroys our organism. Suffice it to say that it often leads to very dangerous complications, such as heart attack or ischaemic (or brain haemorrhagic) stroke.
