When we make wishes to each other, the most common words are: "I wish you health". So what is health and how do we understand it?
The approach called the positive model of health, also not fully recognised today, is based primarily on defining health as a state due to attitudes towards the self, self-realisation and the ability to develop, integrate, the ability to be independent and cope with demands. However, this approach combines elements of different theories that had different starting assumptions.[4]
Currently, a multidimensional view of health, which includes a general dimension, social health defined by the ability to form and maintain relationships, mental state and physical capacity, is considered the most complete model of health. It is on this basis that the WHO definition was formulated.[5]

Regardless of the scientific attempt at definition, health is definitely one of the most important values in human life. Although undoubtedly, we often only realise the value of health when illness strikes. The definitions we may hear most often on a daily basis are the absence of the feeling of being ill, the ability to recover quickly when illness occurs, healthy behaviour (lifestyle), health as energy or psychosocial well-being in general."[6]
