The period from November to April is a time when we should especially take care of our physical but also our mental condition. There are as many recipes as there are people, but in each case we should keep the following aspects in mind:

Ad:

The basic thing for maintaining good health is a proper diet which we should also follow in the other months. The diet should be varied, breakfast compulsory! In the diet during this period, attention should be paid to products which strengthen the body's resistance

Rest and a good night's sleep are very important; sleeping areas should be well aerated and the optimum temperature and humidity should be maintained in the rooms in which we stay during this period

The right clothing makes you feel comfortable; in winter the weather can play tricks on you and the differences in temperature can sometimes be quite great; you must not overheat your body and at the same time you must not lead to hypothermia.
