The period from November to April is a time when we should especially take care of our physical but also our mental condition. There are as many recipes as there are people, but in each case we should keep the following aspects in mind:

To improve your mental condition, go to the hairdresser's or beautician's more often than usual, or even to the cinema; there is plenty of choice and it will certainly not be a problem. Winter is the ideal time for mesotherapy and laser hair removal - it is worth considering.

Fitness can be honed in a variety of ways depending on your tastes, perhaps an aerobics class or a course in some exotic dance, and there is bound to be at least one gym nearby where you can exercise and do a decent warm-up. By turning off the TV and leaving the house, you will meet many interesting people who can help improve your mood!
