A menstrual cup, otherwise known as a menstrual cup. It is a hygienic measure used by women during menstruation.
Menstrual cups are available in different sizes:
- small - are recommended for unborn women and women under 25 years of age,
- larger - recommended for women after at least one birth and women over 25.
Attention should be paid to the width and length of the product. For a woman with a short vagina, in a sitting position, a cup that is too long may protrude. Most importantly, menstrual cups are not a health risk for women.

Environmental considerations are also important - cups do not pollute the environment as much as sanitary pads do: when emptied, they can be reused. The cups are not prone to getting wet during micturition and do not cause vaginal dryness, as is the case with tampons.
