The employer demands that we meet targets, perform well, look impeccable or always have a smile on our face. More and more people are admitting to job burnout, which the World Health Organisation formally recognised as an occupational phenomenon in 2019. What is it, how do we deal with it and how does it actually differ from stress and fatigue?
