Taking care of our skin is very important in order to keep it properly moisturised, healthy looking and to delay the ageing process. Nowadays, preparations are available that are highly condensed and help to fight skin imperfections and we are talking about serums, boosters or masks. Creams are also a very important part of the care process and contain the right substances, depending on the needs of the skin area.

The skin, like every part of our body, requires proper care. The skin on the face is very much exposed to all kinds of pollution, dust, make-up or impurities in the air. It is important to remember to cleanse it properly both in the morning and in the evening. In addition to cleansing, it is also important to properly moisturise the skin, although until recently, preparations to moisturise the skin were only a protective layer for the skin. The ingredients did not penetrate the skin and sometimes even clogged the pores, which did not allow the skin to breathe and impaired water retention.
What products should I use for my skin?
Today's preparations no longer have such limitations and the level of dermatological knowledge helps to create problem-oriented and effective substances.
Potent concentrates are being developed for skin with special needs, which, when applied under moisturisers, counteract ageing and maintain an adequate level of moisture. These include serums and boosters.
Skin with special needs is not necessarily problematic skin, namely, there are areas of the face that require slightly different care. Such an area is the skin around the eyes, which is slightly thinner, more sensitive and has far fewer sebaceous glands, so it loses moisture more quickly and undergoes an ageing process. In addition, this area is constantly moving, which encourages the above processes.
Substances contained in normal face creams can irritate the sensitive skin around the eyes, so the use of specialised creams for the eye area is recommended. These creams contain milder substances and elements designed to prevent the most common problems in the area, such as wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles. The situation is similar for the skin on the neck, which, due to its low sebaceous glands, also has problems with water retention and sagging.

Masks
They are an integral part of skin care. They contain concentrated substances that, when applied to cleansed skin, can produce very good results even in a short time. Depending on your skin type and needs, you can choose the right type of mask, such as a traditional, multi-component mask for dry skin or a peel-off mask for oily skin.
Masks, boosters and serums are great for temporary skin problems. It is also worth bearing in mind the exfoliation process when caring for the skin, as every day, our skin sheds almost five million dead cells. These can be removed mechanically, with scrubs , or chemically, with suitable substances that dissolve dead cells.
