Spring is associated with rebirth, the emergence of new life. Like some animals, many of us are waking up from our "winter sleep" - we thoroughly clean our flat and eagerly await the coming changes. It is good to know that you can speed them up by tidying up not only your cupboards, but also... your body!

Water and air pollution, stress, cigarettes, poor diet... Sound familiar? These are just a few of the many factors that contribute to the accumulation of toxins in the body. These substances can be found not only - as is generally accepted - in the liver, but also in the intestines, joints, lungs and even hair and skin. If left untreated, they can lead to very serious illnesses and even organ damage. Therefore, our body - just like our home - should be cleaned regularly. The problem is that it is not always clear how to do this.

First of all, a thorough rethink of our lifestyle and the environment we live in is needed. Fatty foods eaten in a hurry and lack of exercise are two of the biggest sins on the road to health. Therefore, it is important to focus on fresh vegetables and regular physical activity. Next, it is worth analysing the sources of our stress. If sport does not relax us sufficiently, we can certainly find relief in meditation or yoga.

Getting rid of toxins from the body must be a very well-planned process, so it is best to consult experts in the field beforehand and choose the most effective aids for yourself. The most beneficial ones will be those that naturally accelerate the process of removing unnecessary substances by providing vitamins and minerals that are suitable for the process.
