Winter, snow

Winter weather is good for your health; if you could lower the human body temperature by one degree, we would live 10 years longer.

As we take care of our immunity, we strengthen our body and increase our chances against viruses.
Our body needs regeneration and rest in order to function properly.
People who are overtired, overworked or constantly sleep-deprived are more likely to fall ill.
Viruses are more easily transmitted in large groups of people.
Lack of exercise is also detrimental.

Exercising outdoors oxygenates the brain, the heart beats better and the blood reaches every nook and cranny of the body, supplying oxygen to the cells.
Do not go on restrictive diets, because then you are not supplying yourself with nutrients.
And yet, the body needs vitamins, protein and carbohydrates.
Mineral deficiencies lead to a weakening of our immunity and we catch diseases more quickly.

The first sign that we are lacking vitamins and minerals is the appearance of herpes, clotting and cracked lips. Do not underestimate these symptoms.
To avoid them, eat meat, nuts and fish.
They contain selenium, which prevents inflammation, and zinc, which supports the development of lymphocytes that fight viruses and bacteria.

Let's also remember about immunisation. Unfortunately, there is no vaccine for the common cold. However, the one that will protect us against influenza, which often gives dangerous complications, will come in handy.
