Foods rich in vitamin B

The B vitamins are a broad group of organic compounds that include thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (PP, B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folic acid (B9) and cobalamin (B12). Three vitamins play a special role in the prevention of cardiovascular disease: pyridoxine, folic acid and cobalamin.
