26 October saw the launch of the next phase of the nationwide educational campaign "I have S", in which medical students will have the opportunity to learn about the reality of multiple sclerosis patients. The initiative is aimed directly at future doctors so that they can experience the problems faced by S patients.
During the two-day campaign in October and November, special computer booths will be set up at the medical universities most frequented by students, where visitors will be able to learn about the interactive MamS simulation and receive educational materials on multiple sclerosis. The campaign is supported by the International Medical Students' Association IFMSA - Poland.
"Iam delighted with the next iteration of the 'Mam S' campaign, which is dedicated specifically to us medical students. As future doctors, we may encounter people suffering from Samong our patients .We already appreciate the accuracy and speed of diagnosis. I am convinced that knowledge of the disease will make it easier for us to work with patients, to whom we will be able to recommend the appropriate therapy," - says Filip Dąbrowski of the International Federation of Medical Students Association IFMSA - Poland.
