Pain is a complaint reported by almost all oncology patients at some stage of diagnosis and treatment. In addition to chronic pain, transient, acute, paroxysmal, rapidly increasing, moderate to severe pain is a very important clinical problem in the treatment of the oncology patient. It is worth pointing out the differences in the treatment of piercing pain, as the effectiveness of standard therapies is sometimes incomplete in this indication.
