Yoga

Yogomania, this is how we can call the latest trend that has emerged in recent times based on the traditional art of Yoga. Paradoxically, it is the most archaic form of training, which has not lost its value over the centuries, and every new day brings new followers of this technique.

Yoga techniques allow us to recharge our body with positive energy. Yoga not only calms the mind, but also invigorates the body and releases emotions. The most common form of yoga that is practised is Hatha Yoga. It is a series of postures called asanas that energise the whole body, strengthen and relax the muscles, activate the joints and keep the internal organs healthy. It opens the heart to joy and love. By working consciously with the body and breath, we calm the mind, thus maintaining inner peace.

Practising yoga has many benefits. In addition to the excellent stretching of the entire body, it also has a beneficial effect on our health, not only physically but also mentally. Through regular meditation, firmness and willpower are developed and life takes on a deeper meaning.

Everyone has his or her own way of finding it: through a walk in the park, a good book for the pillow or sleep in the fresh air. Yoga is universal. Everyone can find something in it for themselves.
