Many of us are not aware of the fact that the human body is home to a very large number of different types of bacteria. This natural flora living in our bodies has an enormous, sometimes positive, other times negative or neutral, impact on our functioning.
Nevertheless, their presence in our body is a necessity. Bacteria that live naturally, in our stomach, digestive tract, intestines and mouth, play a particularly important role. Micro-organisms are not visible to the naked eye, as their size is small. They are visible under a microscope. It has been shown that there are approximately two kilograms of bacteria in our body.
