Aggression found in humans was thought to have developed as a trait of use, as in animals. Today we know that aggression has many positive characteristics (a tendency to compete, to establish hierarchies, to protect offspring and territory) but also negative ones (it destroys family ties and friendships, leads to risks and many losses, can cause death).
