Pyralgine, is a commonly used remedy, with analgesic and antipyretic effects. In Poland it is available without a prescription and can be bought not only at pharmacies, but also in other shops or petrol stations. In some countries, pyralgin is only available on prescription and the patient must take it as prescribed by the doctor.
