The Czech Republic is on the threshold of an influenza epidemic. The number of cases of influenza type A/H3 has increased significantly in the last two weeks. The largest number of sick people is in the Olomouc and Moravian-Silesian Region. In the other 11 provinces and in Prague, the situation looks better.
