In summer, sunshine and warmth are very important to us. However, if the temperature exceeds 30-32 degrees Celsius, the heat makes our body unable to adapt to it (we feel weak, we do not feel like eating, we sweat, we get tired faster, fainting or overheating happens). Hot weather is particularly dangerous for young children. So when the weather gets really hot, it is important to do everything possible to protect our children from the heat. If you notice any worrying symptoms in your child after being out in the sun, contact your doctor. Do not wait for the symptoms to go away on their own.
