It is mainly used in allergic rhinitis sufferers with pollen sensitisation. It is an excellent alternative in immunotherapy to subcutaneously administered preparations, especially for children (avoidance of injections and possibility of administration at home). The greatest efficacy of this therapy is found in moderate to severe allergic rhinitis. Efficacy has also been confirmed in cases correlated with asthma symptoms. The effect can be observed as early as the first season of use and persists up to approximately two years after the end of treatment.
