Legal highs, or designer drugs, are a colloquial term for substances with powerful psychoactive effects. They can be of natural or synthetic origin. More and more people are using them, but they do not know how they affect their bodies. The mechanism of action of designer drugs is similar to that of amphetamine or cannabis. It is therefore psychostimulant (highly stimulating).
