As reported at the 60th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, a growing number of clinical studies are questioning the advisability of a restrictive diet (with total exclusion of cow's milk protein, fish and citrus) for women in the last trimester of pregnancy and during natural lactation.
