Rapidly diagnosing cancer in most cases involves a number of different tests. Recent scientific reports show that human saliva, as a diagnostic material, can have a very wide range of applications. It may be possible in the future to detect lung cancer from a saliva sample, according to researchers at California State University led by Professor D. Wong.
