Is it possible, in just one year, to change the reality of patients facing an uncompromising opponent - blood cancer? The FEMS Foundation, the largest Marrow Donor Centre in Poland, proves that yes! In 2024, as many as 119,433 people joined its database and 1,527 actual donors gave their 'genetic twins' a chance for life - in Poland and around the world! This is the result of continuous education about the idea of donation, but also of the enormous commitment of bone marrow donors, the public, the media, volunteers and donors.
