Sauna stays are typically associated with an opportunity to relax. However, saunas affect not only our wellbeing, but also our health - it has already been observed, for example, that blood pressure can drop while in a sauna, and that sauna attendance can reduce the risk of dementia disorders. Scientists at the University of Bristol decided to see if saunas had any effect on the occurrence of another problem, namely strokes - the results the researchers obtained are quite interesting.
