During pregnancy, your breasts have become larger and gently rounded. If you take good care of the skin on your breasts, you will reduce the risk of stretch marks and loss of skin firmness.

Here are a few ways to keep them firm and sexy

1. Use hydromassage Use a jet of warm and cold water. Warm will dilate the blood vessels, cold will constrict them. The hydromassage should last about 5 minutes. Afterwards, massage moisturisers and tighteners into your breasts, but be careful: if you are breastfeeding, use only cosmetics intended for mothers - you can be sure that you will not sensitise your baby;

2. Wear the right bra If you don't wear a bra, the ligaments that support your breasts will stretch and your breasts will become saggy. Buy a bra that has a wide band to support your breasts. Avoid underwear that compresses and irritates the breasts (e.g. lace). The straps should be wide enough not to cut in under the weight;

3. Tense your muscles Tense your shoulder muscles, lift your arms, hold them for a few seconds and then lower them. Swimming (especially frogging) is great for your breasts;

4. Among other things, vitamin E and zinc are responsible for the elasticity of the skin. It is therefore worth ensuring that the diet of mothers does not lack leafy green vegetables, whole-grain bread and sprouts. Zinc can be found in seafood and nuts, among other things.
