Summer is coming soon, and with it the longed-for holidays. For many of us, it is an opportunity for a well-deserved rest, but there are some people for whom summer is a real challenge. A post-pregnancy tummy, excess flesh here and there, cellulite on the thighs, dilated capillaries... How do you get rid of these imperfections? Preparing the body for the mini and bikini is really hard work.
Many women indulge in facial beauty treatments while neglecting the body. Only when summer arrives does it turn out that this was not a good decision. Taking care of a beautiful appearance should not be limited to the skin on our face.

The most common problem that affects women is cellulite, which occurs mainly on the thighs, buttocks and hips. This is one of the cosmetic defects that effectively deters ladies from summer pleasures such as swimming in the sea or staying at the beach. The skin in these areas is spongy and shows unsightly thickening and furrows. In order to reduce the signs of cellulite and thus improve the appearance of our skin - it is important to eat healthily and do not forget about proper care both in the beauty salon and at home. A good way to firm the skin is to massage daily in the shower using a coarse brush with rubber tips, for example, and alternate between cold and warm showers. A scrubbing massage twice a week is also recommended so that the substances contained in the preparations penetrate deeper into the skin. In the fight against cellulite, satisfactory results can be achieved by undergoing treatments in a beauty salon.
Among the more effective methods is endermologie. - It is a technique based on the principles of lymphatic drainage. It involves massaging the body with a special head equipped with two electronically controlled, independently operating rollers that massage the skin simultaneously in several directions. A fold of skin is previously sucked in by negative pressure generated in a special chamber. This is a relaxing and pleasant treatment that strengthens and firms the skin and improves circulation," explains Monika Górka, physiotherapist at the DER-RBCsD Cosmetic and Dermatological Centre.
To achieve the desired results, it is worth performing a series of treatments. An excellent prevention in the formation of cellulite and, at the same time, a good complement to endermologie and massages - is needle mesotherapy. It involves injecting small doses of a therapeutic substance into the skin, which is a mixture of vitamins, amino acids and minerals. The injected cocktails have a nourishing, regenerating and stimulating effect. These substances do not pass into our circulatory system, but slowly diffuse into the skin, improving its condition.
