The issue of walking away from the scene of an accident is extremely difficult to consider from the point of view of the perpetrator's liability - as it is not always associated with a desire to avoid liability and fear, although Polish law does not contain regulations on "post-accident shock". However, this does not change the fact that such a reaction in the driver is possible and this may constitute a behaviour of walking away from the scene of the accident.
