Face cream

As women, we often can't imagine life without them, we spend a lot of time choosing the most effective ones and we meticulously apply them in the hope that they will improve our appearance. What are we talking about? Cosmetics.

People used cosmetics as far back as ancient times, e.g. the Hebrew women, in order to make their presence more pleasant, often used fragrances, and there is also evidence that they used ointments to treat dry skin or to enhance their beauty.

It is no wonder then that today cosmetics are so popular, with both men and women. However, it is becoming increasingly common to hear about allergies caused by creams, lotions and tonics, with one in five Polish women falling ill.

According to US studies, creams that are supposed to rejuvenate can have the opposite effect and can even accelerate the ageing process. This is why more and more women are afraid of using cosmetics available on the market, most of them unable to select the right specifics for their skin type or afraid of an allergic reaction. Still other consumers cannot afford good quality cosmetics. So how do you take care of your health and beauty?

I myself recently asked myself this question in my battle with acne, which I was fighting in various ways. As a result of my deliberations and search for a way out of this troublesome situation, it turned out that the solution to the problem was right next door. Not since today have you heard about home remedies for various ailments. So there had to be a home remedy for skin and complexion ailments too. After all, our grandmothers used to beautify themselves somehow, without having a dozen drugstores at hand. As a consequence of this search, I have found ways of making natural masks, cosmetics and even creams that each of us can make with our own hands, from completely natural ingredients. There is no longer any need to fear chemicals or allergies.
