The first warm days are long behind us. Before we know it, boots, boots and pumps will be replaced by sandals, flip flops and stiletto heels. If you want your feet to look great in them, it's time to take care of it now! Here's how to usher your feet into summer step by step.

Step three - moisturise your feet

It's time to get to work making your feet soft and smooth, plus giving your whole body another dose of relaxation. Apply moisturiser to washed and dried feet in a circular motion. It's best to do this using your thumb and forefinger, starting at the base of each toe. The soles of your feet can also be relaxed by simply stroking them with your hands, applying pressure with your fingers, rubbing or patting them with a bristle brush. Choose a cream according to the effect you want to achieve: if you have problems with rough and cracked skin, a beeswax cream is ideal; if your feet are prone to infections, an anti-fungal softening and conditioning cream will help. You can rub two layers of cream on your feet, as they are very receptive and thirsty for nutrients after previous treatments. After this moisturising ceremony, it's a good idea to lie down for a few minutes with your feet elevated (you can lean them against a wall or lay them on a high pillow). This will stimulate the circulation in your legs and prevent varicose veins.

Step four - special tasks

You have completed the most important part of foot care. At this point, they are refreshed, regenerated and moisturised. However, if you're still not entirely satisfied with their appearance, it's time to bring out the heavy artillery. The corns and calluses remover, which has been ranked #1 by pharmacists in the foot care and corns removal category for 6 years, will do a great job with corns.

Further walking

As with all foot care, the most important thing is to be systematic and regular. Therefore, rub a light moisturising cream into your feet every day after bathing or showering, and every 7-10 days, regenerate and moisturise them more. Also check the condition of your nails and prevent possible corns, fungal lesions and injuries by wearing properly fitted shoes and doing simple gymnastics.

Thus prepared, your feet will certainly be in full force to go out to meet the summer!
